Building Best Talents

Building Best Talents (BBT) is our individual subsidy program for special performance and future leaders at Mediaplus. Every employee (starting at Senior level) can apply to the 18-month program and face the demanding selection process. The assistance measures include, in addition to personal coaching and courses, a four week work placement at one of our locations abroad, as well as the possibility to realize a selected project idea with your BBT colleagues.

Mediaplus Campus

Our campus program includes more than 200 offerings of different media and marketing topics each year, in which chosen internal and external consultants share their expert knowledge. In addition, it offers targeted advanced training, with one or two day seminars, focusing on topics such as leadership, presentation and work techniques, social skills and language courses.

Mediaplus Innovation Lab

Our Innovation Lab is our internal advanced training format for the introduction, discussion and implementation of innovative planning and research approaches, strategies and tools. The Innovation Lab Workshops offer an interactive platform for announcing and discussing new rudiments to its participants and innovate realizations.

To those who already have previous experience in media planning and consulting, in media purchasing or market/media research we offer challenging tasks and interesting development possibilities. Lateral entry

To those with completed commercial apprenticeships, but without agency experience, we offer specific training on the job as a junior in the purchasing and accounting departments, which gets you ready for greater tasks. University graduates with work experience in the media division can start as a junior in media planning.

Trainee Program

Our twelve-month trainee program offers graduates a practically relevant entry point into media planning and a superb opportunity for career leaps. Rooted in a firmly established planning team, our trainees pass all relevant departments: planning of on- and offline media, media purchasing, accounting and research. Regular feedback discussions, mentoring and established contact persons make sure that the program is successful.

Every trainee can access individual content of the renowned Steinbeis University (8-10 apprenticeship days), in addition to our own large campus program. Furthermore, our trainees await a four week job rotation in other companies of the Serviceplan Group. After successfully graduating, our trainees can enter into employment with exciting tasks and clients.
