Graduates with some professional experience in the media sector can join us as junior members of the media planning department to build their experience.
For graduates with no professional experience, our 12-month trainee programme offers a practical introduction to media planning and a first-class springboard for launching your career. With a fixed planning team as their ‘home-base’, our trainees cycle through all relevant departments: planning of online and offline media, media buying, finance and research. Regular feedback conversations, mentoring and fixed points of contact ensure the programme is a success.
In addition to our wide-ranging ‘Campus’ programme, every trainee has the opportunity to attend workshops offered at Steinbeis University. Upon successful completion of the programme, our trainees are offered a permanent position with us.
We can offer a challenging role and attractive development opportunities to those with experience in media planning and consultancy, media buying or market and media research. We welcome applications for specific positions via our job portal, as well as speculative applications.
People who have already completed a vocational training in sales but have not yet had agency experience can gain experience with targeted on-the-job training as a junior member of the Sales and Finance departments.
You can enjoy perks such as flexible or part-time working hours, mobile office, regular meet-ups for new employees and interns, dinner expenses and your taxi fare home if you have to work late. As well as free coffee, tea and fresh fruit, and company pension schemes.
Beyond your everyday working life, our offers also extend to; our health management programme weSPORT; mobility benefits (use of agency bikes and e-bikes); corporate benefits that entitle you to discounts from external providers; in-house catering; agency events – from parties and after-work events to ski trips – and our inhouse travel agency weTRAVEL.
If you wish to further develop your skills, we offer you the opportunity to study Bachelor and Master degrees in cooperation with the Steinbeis University, as well as trainee programmes, a campus programme with hundreds of seminars and workshops, and coaching.
At our Munich headquarters we offer childcare to our colleagues who are parents, and at our other German offices we can help find suitable childcare solutions. To help you balance your career and family life, we also offer cooperations with providers of school holiday activities, and highlight the topic in our campus programme. Additional benefits include a regular meet-up for parents and the "Workplace by Facebook" group weFAMILY.
